Data sharing platform Health Gorilla has gained $50 million in its Series C funding round.

Data sharing platform Health Gorilla has gained $50 million in its Series C funding round. This round was led by SignalFire along with Epsilon Health Investors, IA Capital and Nationwide Ventures.

The venture was co-founded by Steve Yaskin, Sergio Wagner and Andrei Zudin in 2014. Its expertise lies in providing longitudinal health data to all healthcare stakeholders. They can provide aggregated clinical data, diagnostics data and SDOH patient-centric data to healthcare companies.

Health Gorilla is a complete solution that takes care of all healthcare elements, including patients, healthcare providers, digital health solutions and laboratories. The venture is headquartered in Silicon Valley. They also make sure to maintain the users’ privacy by following the Cures Act and Trusted Exchange Framework Common Agreement (TEFCA).

It has so far raised $78.7 million in 8 rounds of funding. DCVC and True Ventures are some of its previous investors. They had raised $15 million in its Series B funding round. With the recent funds, they will develop more commercializing strategies and develop if product further. They also plan to add and expand their team further.
