World experts will gather to discuss the latest advances in minimally invasive gynecology surgery at a conference, which will take place at the end of this month in Dubai at InterContinental Festival City.

The fifth edition of Endo Dubai will be taking place on 27 to 29 February. More than 10 hours of unedited surgery by worldwide experts will be broadcasted from Latifa Hospital to the conference and step-by-step procedures will help demonstrate the latest different surgical techniques and strategies.

The conference will take place under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum , Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and President of the Dubai Health Authority.

Leading specialists will discuss a large range of pertinent topics including hysteroscopy, hysterectomy, deep endometriosis, rectal minimally invasive surgery, neuropelveology, pelvic organ prolapse and oncology.

A free session for patients will take place on 28 February from 11:30 am to 12:30pm. The session is known as Patient Awareness: Endometriosis and Chronic Pelvic Pain, bridging the gap between Patients and Doctors.

The conference has an esteemed list of worldwide experts. The congress president is Dr Rudi Campo. He is the Clinical Director of the Leuven Institute for Fertility and Embryology (LIFE) in Belgium. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the European Society for Gynecological Endoscopy (ESGE). Pr. Arnaud Wattiez is the Chairman of the Congress. He is the head of the Gynecology Department at the Latifa Women and Children Hospital. He is also the Director for Advanced Courses in Gynecological Endoscopy at IRCAD EITS in Strasbourg, France.

The conference also has renowned speakers including Dr. Muna Tahlak. She is the Scientific Chair for the Conference and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Latifa Women and Children Hospital in Dubai, UAE. Dr Tahlak is an obstetrics and gynecology consultant and the first Emirati lady to complete her specialization in obstetrics and gynecology from the John Hopkins Hospital, USA. She is a member of several national and international societies and associations. She is also a member of the International Hospital Federation (IHF) Governing Council.

The conference will also have tutorials, which are interactive sessions where recognized leaders discuss a case to then explain a generic theory.

The conference will provide an opportunity for gynecologists across the globe to share knowledge, discuss techniques and interact with mentors.
